If you have existing tattoo and wish for me to work over that you must text a photo to 480 942 2980. You are not guaranteed to have optimal results as permanent makeup can fail to cover up blue tattoo that is years old. Removing your tattoo first would be ideal.

Microblading, powder brows, combo brows and eyeliner requires a non-refundable $50 fee as this is a time intensive service taking 2-3 hours and we will be holding a date and time for you specifically. The $50 fee is transferable to another date if you need to reschedule. You may only reschedule 2 times. After 2 times of rescheduling you forfeit the $50 fee and will need to put another $50 fee if you would like to schedule with Top Notch Ink again. If you are more then 15min late this will result in rescheduling your appointment. 

Training deposits of $1,000 for the 4 day training and $350 for the 1 day training course are also non refundable as I am holding these days for you and counting on you to show up. This is transferable one time to a new date as long as you let me know 4 weeks in advance. Any payments towards the 1 day and 4 day training is non refundable. If you pay the full amount and chose not to take the course your payment is also non refundable.  Class starts at 10:00am. You have until 11:00am on the first day of your class before your considered a no call, no show and the rest of your training will be forfeited and all of the money collected will be non refundable and will not be transferable to a new date.

You must pay a $50 deposit fee 1 week before your scheduled 6-8 week touch up. If this is not paid 1 week before your appointment I will not hold your spot for you and assume you will be a no show. This can be paid over the phone with card, at the salon in person or on my website. If you still do not show up to your 6-8 week touch up you forfeit the $50 holding deposit.

Please confirm your appointment when I send you the reminder/confirmation text message the day before your appointment. 

Your 6-8 week touch ups must be scheduled no earlier then 6 weeks after your appointment and no later then 8 weeks after your initial appointment. After 8 weeks you no longer qualify for the $120 6-8 week touch up. If you chose to schedule a touch up after 8 weeks you will be charged $145 for the touch up and this will be considered a 3 month touch up. If you did not receive your initial appointment from Top

Notch Microblading, you will be charged "new client fee".
