If you have existing tattoo and wish for me to work over that you must text a photo to 480 942 2980. You are not guaranteed to have optimal results as permanent makeup can fail to cover up blue tattoo that is years old. Removing your tattoo first would be ideal.
Microblading, powder brows, combo brows, nano brows and eyeliner requires a non-refundable $50 fee as this is a time intensive service taking 2-3 hours and we will be holding a date and time for you specifically. The $50 fee is transferable to another date if you need to reschedule. You may only reschedule 2 times. After 2 times of rescheduling you forfeit the $50 fee and will need to put another $50 fee if you would like to schedule with Top Notch Ink again.
Permanent makeup is a process and not a one-time service. Everyone heals differently, so results can vary from person to person, and results can’t be guaranteed. To get the best healed results, it’s super important to follow your aftercare instructions carefully. Not following aftercare can lead to poor healing and lighter results.
Some clients may need a third touch-up to get their desired results. This can happen because of lifestyle, medications, or certain skin types that don’t hold pigment as well. If a third touch-up is needed, there will be an additional $50 fee, and it must be done within 6–8 weeks of your last appointment.
